Introspection of You

I've been wondering
perhaps
too much
about
what you think of me
and
what you say to me
even though
we've never met;
as if,
somehow,
my analyzing
would
predict your behavior,
even though
I know
it would not;
so,
why,
I ask myself
do I
put
myself
in this predicament
each time
I see
someone
who
interests me?
