Ever Present

this is a day of rest
a day of peace
a day for forgiveness
of transgressions;
a day of salvation
and acceptance and
to be one with truth
and harmony of all
memories gone before;
a solemn time
a joyous time
a rejuvenation of sorts
an inner peace and
contentment of all
that was ever present.
