beyond the simplicity of life
hidden in the realm of possibilities
driven by the urge visualize
we live in a world of ourselves
destined to remain obscure
selflessly alone - away from it all
decorating the spaces of our
mental caves with thoughts of
who is more alone than those
who self-impose the loneliness;
we sees the discrepancies
in our lives - those of others,
we weep for ourselves and those
who carry similar burdens, living life
as if it belongs to another
as if it is shared with everyone
when no one cares - no one listens
we live in exclusions of life not with
we see possibilities unfulfilled
like the plant never panted
or the sheep never sheered
or the love never found,
wondering why me, not another.
