Moving Day Again

rain and sunshine fall
on me at the same time
and on the same day of
each week and I have
learned to adjust and adapt
to these circumstances,
but do not understand why;
fortune and misfortune follow
me around like younger siblings
waiting for a chance to enter,
and when property values
soar, I find myself moving
my belongings to a new
location in the hopes that
they will not find me soon.
