the earth yields her waters
to the sailors of the sea,
those maritime males and females
who seek the journey far from home
that seems to eases their souls
and calm their points-of-view
like some spiritual awakening
of all the senses and
delicately woven into a
slower fabric of time that
reconfirms what was there
and had been there all the time.
