we create our prolonged fantasies,
piecing together childhood stories
with life's reality based upon our
adult points of view... material
witnesses flash their credentials
to the doorman on duty in the
hopes of getting access to our
thoughts... only to find those
mental aberrations no...t indicative
of what should be available...
we strive for authenticity while
accepting mediocrity, believing
that is the best we can do given
the circumstances... and that
which we imagine leaves stains
on all of our views in question.
