hang on the doors
inside and out
as we celebrate another
holiday season...
the house smells of cinnamon
and spices, pies and cookies,
recently made as children
of all ages want to help...
Stockings on the mantle
mistletoe on the doorways
music from speakers hidden
carefully in the walls...
holiday cheer is wall to wall
our shopping never ends.
