limited in fulfillment
by one's desires and wants,
preconceived ideas,
and biases that are filtered
through one's imagination
and dreams with motivation;
time's desert is life
but without the heat,
only air to breathe
and sand to see as it
drops from one chamber
to another relentlessly
as if it were attempting to
finish faster than before.
