reminding us of home and our
past but unfulfilled origins...
we dream what we can
live like prisoners of habit
cruise to the top of our class
with thoughts of marriage;
results survive criticism
words transcend language,
beliefs we had as children
livelong into the future...
limitations are the norm for
the farmer and those who
herd people into the future
without the slightest doubt
with false imaginations...
northerners seek to influence
and curtail our individualities
while geography penalizes
our aggressive natures...
east and west mind their own
business - but see us all as
doubters who know too much.
