rain or no rain the forecast says
unsure as always as to what it will be
fortune telling at its best or maybe
a failed palm reader...  we live
our lives around the weather
what to wear - what to take
what to buy - what to break
each day is different or the same
we know not what until it happens
and then we are unsure of it all
until the night erases it all...
beholden to no one we are or
at least want to be or say we say,
but when it ccmest time to vote
we look the other way and all
to often regret those decisions
however weak they may be...
