behind the bravado of self illumination
and the words from a faceless keyboard,
is the tongue-in-cheek innocence of
adult clowns who perceive their own
type of salvation to be bestowed upon them
simply because they are seekers of a
false truth to which they cling like rats
climbing up the Titanic's mooring lines
never able to admit their own deception.
