between the eyes of misfortune,
I have live my life open
and secure in the knowledge
that we only have
what we need to have
when we need to have it,
and we only do
what we need to do
when we need to do it
as prescribed for us
at an earlier time,
but not of our choosing,
in which we see
or may see
a correlation to it all
and an awareness that
neither of misfortune's eyes
bear any witness to
or influence... and it is
understood that the choices
we are destined to make
ever so willingly, are
independent of our desires.
