bones begin to aches under stress
arthritis lingers in joints and lower back
bowel movements are regular no more
sleep habits are altered
urination is more frequent
body sensitive to cold and heat
loss of hearing, smell, and taste
physical labor is much less
endurance lessens
and the mind struggles with
the currents of positive thoughts.
