Sky Ball

a round ball
in the sky,
holding a basket
hovers overhead
trying to get
my attention,
and once that
is done moves
past me looking
for the next one;
the colors of the
ball dazzle and
delight the eye,
but what is the
point of flying
so when only that
far off the ground?
