hot water surrounds my body
crystal clear and reflective,
tops of trees and roofs are
seen boarding my bent knees,
hands move on the surface
gently moving the liquid,
repples move outward from
the center where my toes
are located... back against
the porcelain walls I rest,
sinking farther down into
the liquid heat... steam
rises in little trails that soon
disappear into the light...
bubbles emerge from down
below when soothing jets
are set to blow... the pressure
hits my back like a massage
without the oily hands... the
wind swirls against my face
the chapstick prevents cracks
in the lips and a sneeze is
felt and supressed when the
cold beats against my chest.
