creating routine and consistency...
we listen to instinctive feelings while
responding to emotions and walk the
thin line of ignorance when truth is
last habit that we want to bring with
us when on vacation... habit victims
sit in comfortable spaces in the corners
of our thoughts sorting through all
the nuts we stored for winter... dicing
them with eye spears when they begin
to feel uncomfortable under the bodies
on which they are sitting and pondering;
habit creatures lurk inside the mind and
push us in opposite directions when it
is perceived there is an opportunity to
prevail over our visitors who have
stopped by for their weekly visits...
paused and precarious they stalk our
emotions hoping for a little relief from
all the extra weight carried around.
