for an honest man, finding none...
up and down the country streets I walk looking
for an honest man, finding a few...
wondering what has become of decency and
loyalty, trust, and respect... and what I find
is a breach of ethics and integrity with the
ends justifying the means... a carryover
from the years of Nixon and those good ole
boys who managed our country...
we take two steps forward and five backwards
and fear that the worst is yet to happen while
looking into to the reason for the collapse
and the death of the American Dream outside
of government hands outs... we pledge an end
to poverty and hunger as we attempt to make
everyone equal regardless of their inequalities.
