Needing to Blame Others

a desert heat finds it way to the south

and opens up shop in a valley between

two mountain ranges although one side

is more of a plateau than a mountain;

fish float on the top of the lake as the

water boils over its boundaries and it

is too hot to fish...  birds fly close to

the ground to cool off and the trees

turn their leaves over to catch the

sweat from their branches...  it is a

hot day in this valley with no signs

of cooling off until fall decides to

kick a little ass early...  we sit inside

with our cool air and fans, thankful

that we no long work outside and

thankful that someone else does all

our yard maintenance...  we are not

so friendly with our environment as

we used to be and want to blame that

change on the climate but everyone

knows if it is not Trump's faulth then

it has to be the fault of the Russians.
