Doorway

 I sit

in my chair of

loneliness,

wondering,

pondering,

hoping the day

will soon end;

I lay

in my bed of

compassion,

hoping,

pondering,

wondering why I

cannot fall

asleep...

I stand

in my world of

compassion,

believing that

soon enough I

will no longer

be here.
