Mental Corners

the corners of the mind are

perpendicular to each other,

unused thoughts slide down

the slippery sloped walls

like those feeling that are

questionable but slip off the

tongue in crowds...  the

corners of the mind are more

than functional as they are

nonporous and rather like

enamel in their applications;

the corners of the mind are

cleaned each night when we

are sleeping since the dreams

are predisposed and sitting on

shelves to be collected when

and as needed...  the corners

of the mind are painted black to

enhance the hiding of shadows

that seem to lurk in and around

those thought yet to have fulfilled

their missions...  the corner of

the mind act as receptors when

bouncing ideas off the different

levels of consciousness in an

effort to prevent one's stagnation.
