Guidance

you were once
in
my head,
now gone,
disappeared,
along with my photos
of our
mental trysts...
and,
I cannot help
but believe
that
it was planned
and
in the works
for
a long time;
we,
shared something
new
and exciting,
devilish,
if you will,
getting
too close to the
boarders
that were
upon you placed
as a child;
guidance,
became a contender
when given
selfishly
and
left unguarded
like you always
used to do.
