Death Departs

were my eyes to be plucked
from out of my head, I would
still have you in my heart;
and, were my heart to be
ripped from out of my body, I
would still have you in my mind;
and, were my mind sucked
from out of my head, I would
still have you in my soul;
and, were my soul to remain
trapped within my frame, I
would still be with you in spirit
and never have reason to fear.
