lurks around the corner
and in the dark doorways
of all minds
and within all souls
dead or alive
manifesting a coffin of truth;
persuasion and
seduction that traps us
within unforeseen pleasures
of a non-existent fantasy,,
providing, we did not deserve
nor ever earned but now
can never forsake...
a new spiritual awareness
transcending common sense
and blinding us with
lights of darkness,
our new enlightenment.
