in the midst of living we
turn around several times
looking for what we lost
or not realizing our gain
but in all this disturbance
we never really see that
basic love is missing and if
that were part of our lives
pointless would become
fruitful and the end of things
would become our beginning
leaving us free and clear to
accept the love being offered.
