over, under, and around, my eyes dart
back and forth, up and down, just to
see it all... an amazing sight to behold
just in front of all the other mundane
things that we never pay any attention
to... life taken for granted all around
us... like the life we lead... not really
caring what happens next or if anyone
cares about us... giving up on the lack
of brotherhood we don't see manifested
in the world today as blacks and whites
lash out at each other in the name of
racism when what is really meant is
that we don't agree with each other...
my eyes see it all or the lack thereof
as they look around the environment,
noticing all the hate and discontent
shared willingly by so many people.
