daylight removes the darkness of the night
our sight is extended and we see depths of
field previously obscured... stars form
diagrams in the sky at the basement of the
universe that surrounds us in all directions;
yet, we are not the center of it all... not
even close... billions of stars... billions of
solar systems... billions of galaxies... all
revolving around us... leaving us in an
insignificant frame of mind... noticing the
changes between night and day as if those
changes comprise the sum total of who we
are at the moment... knowing the moment
is never sustainable... never long lasting
as it blends into the future just like the
transition form night to day that we take
for granted each morning when awakened.
