even though togetherness does
not prevent it... we seem to
think that someone else must be
responsible for our happiness,
not realizing it is only ourselves
who can create the happiness
we so desire to end lonelness...
lies are shared to hide our true
feelings as no one must know
and yet when we draw close
to someone we always share
what we have hidden, making
them the caretakers of our own
destinies.. from which we draw
our strength and resilance if
there is any left over once we
have finished living our lives.
