Day Bye

black night rises into day
light of day provides the way
dark white abandoned
now forever joined
meaningless gossip served
at all three days delays
regurgitation of facts
minds cannot calculate;
we serve ourselves and
no other gods are before us
in those derived pleasures,
and we seek not truth,
not justice nor the way,
but what will float in
our mental streams of
doubt that encases
who and what we
have become and
will continue
to be like
today
and
always
now.
