inside our solar system
there are several planets
of various shapes and sizes,
a planet called earth and
a sun that makes all
attempts to keep us warm;
land masses and oceans
on this planet earth are
and numerous races that
might easily be referred
to as wild barbarians,
even though a faith does
grow in a Creator, their deeds
are not as bad as could be;
individuals and groups ban
together in common cause
but often are they losers
of the battles and the wars
and have fled to refuge in
caves along the shore where
they have written their tales
if ever someone wants to know.
