we are done with the incidentals that
cloud our judgements, causing us to
make the same mistakes as those who
came before us made... we learned
nothing from their presence except
how to farm, cook, and give birth...
we are as unknown to each other as
we are to all the stars in the sky that
cast their light on our direction... we
are pitiful in how we respond and in
how we show our appreciation to
those who gave us our future... a
future that we know not how to care
for, protect, or grow... we are are
barren as the elders who are about
to die... they gave us nothing but
grief in the way they controlled our
thoughts and behavior so we would
end up being more like them than us.
