There are those who feel that success
is measured in acquisitions, money,
and power; but for me, it is measured
in being with you. And, while that
seem like an unimaginative phrase
to say, for me, it is exactly the way
I feel about my life with you. I am
not looking for a perfect relationship
with a perfect person and I hope
that you are not looking for that from
me; but, what I do want is someone
that I know is in my life just to be
with me. And, that person appears
(most definitely) to be you and
twenty years from now, my feelings
will not have changed other than
to feel a lot closer to you than I
actually feel this Valentine’s Day.
