enough for one day
these changing thoughts
let my mind absorb
what I have done as it
finds a way to put its
wickedness to rest...
and learns to be
at peace with itself.
II.
I have come to the end
of my journey... as I see
what needs to be done,
but in so doing I have
begun another journey
that will be more like an
adventure, releasing the
creative person inside
that the little boy never
could find... because he
had never found a way
to leave home until now.
