around in a circle we walk
one foot in front of the other,
we turn four times but only
ever so slightly as we follow
the path set before us... we
inhale through our noses
exhaling through our mouths
our eyes are wide open to
make sure we know where
we are supposed to be going,
and when we have completed
sixteen revolutions, we have
walked a mile and the clock
on the wall says it has taken
us twenty minutes to have
completed this goal... three
days a week we do this, and
four days a week we rest and
we call ourselve healthy as a
result of this weekly routine.
