approximation of truth,
weekday promises mutate
into weekend forgiveness's;
unknown vectors take us
into dream rumors as we
project and isolate our
collective fantasies into
dogma lasting a lifetime,
or until a new generation
releases the evidence we
tried to dissolve in the
bathwater, draining away
our new old beginnings;
childless we believe
casting doubts into the
fires of ignorance that
fuel our civilized economy
and tie wealth to power,
influencing life, knowing
only we exist to die.
