and wondered about differences
in what might have been and
imagined in that context life
unfolding in a new unseen way,
but reality lives inside my world
and dictates my life and the lives
of those around me such that it
is what it is and nothing more;
predicting is a fool's game and
is played by foolish rules that
make asses of us all if we believe
in a different course of action
to achieve the same results as
those we have already given;
life lives inside us all but is
masterminded by another whose
will is different from our own,
and when understood that way,
we have received his salvation.
